My mother was a drug addict and alcoholic, which had she honored her body (as my father taught me how to do) she would not have predeceased my grandparents. Yet because she dishonored her parents and herself, although she was a cheerleader, honor graduate and extremely intelligent and gifted; her life was wasted because she forgot to value her body and honestly deal with her inner hurts and baggage.
For this reason I speak to youth passionately throughout the world to ensure they live strong and long, building for themselves an honorable life legacy.
