As an NWA frequent flyer …I was appalled and disgusted with them today upon calling twice and telling them their fax number they give World Perks customers 218-254-7576 doesn’t work.
The reps don’t care and just say “keep trying” but the number has a computerized voice automation pick up. It’s clearly not a fax machine.
Yet NWA – Northwest Airlines reps refuse to put a manager on and do anything about it.
NWA clearly doesn’t care about frequent flyers. Hence they charge 70,000 miles to fly domestic to Hawaii instead of the usual 35,000 miles.
The worst was when NWA’s reps hung up on me and never provided another fax number.
Good luck with NWA world perks and Northwest Airline reps on the phone.
