As a former homeless person (when I ran away from home for a short while) and son of a substance abusing mother (who also was homeless), I as a worldwide speaker, author and activist can speak wholeheartedly and passionately about homelessness.
As a social advocate for change and author of “United States of Arrogance”, I recognize the misappropriation of taxpayers’ monies being used for wars overseas, while our own people suffer at home and many remain homeless.
